Mahoney Neuwirth



Mahoney (pronounced Marnie) Neuwirth graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1994 and was admitted as a solicitor in January 1996.  Since that time, she has worked in prominent local firms, gaining diverse experience in many areas of law, before focussing predominantly on Wills and Estates Law since 2007.  She joined the Cogill Woods Legal Services team in January 2020.

Mahoney is a hardworking solicitor who strives for excellence with a focus on providing expert and practical advice and solutions to her clients to achieve their best outcomes in a timely and no-nonsense manner. Her excellent communication skills, and ability to decipher confusing legal terms and concepts into a language that her clients understand, ensure that her clients are supported and listened to. She enjoys developing a strong rapport with her clients and treating every client’s needs individually.

In her spare time, Mahoney loves her time with her husband and children, and enjoys camping, boating and gardening.
