Damien Cogill
Legal Practitioner Director
Damien Cogill has been working in the Noosa area since 1996, having worked in Pomona and Cooroy before establishing himself in Noosaville in 2008. He practises in the areas of Property law (including residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing), Commercial law, Wills and Estates. Damien has strong ties to the local community through involvement in sport, supporting local sporting clubs as well as other community-based organisations.

Lindsay Woods
Legal Practitioner Director
Lindsay Woods graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1986 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1987. He is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law, having successfully completed the accreditation process in 1997. In that same year he became a Queensland Law Society approved mediator, a role he performed for some eleven years.
